In 1998 on the Monday immediately following his 2nd place finish to Lee Janzen in the US Open, Payne Stewart played a charity event in Quincy at the request of his friend, DA Weibring. During a rain delay at the Quincy Country Club, we find Payne trading rounds with Quincy native Bill Cox.
